Paying my Electricity Bill
Installation (marble, gilded bronze, gilded iron, heat, electric heaters), 300x150x12cm, 2005.

Object titled "Paying my Electricity Bills" is a copy of a tombstone of Josip Broz Tito, transformed into a marble radiator resembling smaller home radiators which during the 1 980s were used on the territory of Socialist Federative Republic of Yugoslavia. Josip Broz Tito was a revolutionist, president of Socialist Federative Republic of Yugoslavia, marshal and supreme commander of antifascist victorious partisan armed forces in the WWII. After the war he became the president of the Yugoslav Communist Alliance, one of the founders and leaders of non-aligned movement and also a fighter for world peace.
